Merchandise purchases are not eligible for refunds however credits will be provided for damaged or lost items proven to be caused by Tralena Shayron. Please contact us for additional details regarding merchandise refunds or returns.

Coaching or Mentorship Programs and Courses

No refunds will be provided on funds already paid for coaching programs, mentorship programs, or courses live or recorded. Purchase of these items should be made with the intention of showing up for yourself, doing the work, and completing all content and assignments.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time however no refunds will be given for funds that have already been paid.

Events (Conferences, Retreats, Luncheons, Etc.)

All deposit amounts are non-refundable.

75% of amounts paid above deposit amounts or paid in full payments will be refunded upon request if refund is requested within 15 days of payment and the event is greater than or equal to 30 days away.

Refunds requested when more than 15 days have expired following payment and/or the event is less than 30 days away, refunds are not guaranteed but may be eligible for partial refund up to 50% of amounts paid dependent upon factors related to the event type.
