Tralena Shayron is a servant, leader, speaker, teacher, author, and Personal Success Coach with a passion for reaching as many people as she can with the message of the Kingdom. Tralena spent close to 20 years developing a career in corporate America as a process improvement professional, helping organizations and people alike in various industries meet their organizational and career goals. She found that while doing so, developing people was her true passion. After years of focusing on becoming the truest version of herself in her personal life, she finally understood that she had a calling on her life to help others do the same. In 2023, Tralena took the leap of faith and founded her own coaching and consulting firm, Tralena Shayron LLC, to do exactly that.
She is simply a woman sold out to doing the work of the Kingdom of God. She serves the Body of Christ through her organization as a Personal Success Coach and as the Visionary and Overseer of the THRIVE Network Inc.
Her greatest desire is to see God’s people know and live in their Kingdom identity, letting go of their conditioned way of thinking caused by past trauma and culture and walking in their Kingdom authority in every aspect of their lives.
It all begins with deciding that you are no longer willing to live another day according to someone else’s blueprint. Only The Creator can tell you who you are and what you were placed in the Earth to do. Let’s build a personal plan for you to become the truest version of you and accomplish your God given assignment.

Becoming requires work! Pursuing who God is, healing and forgiveness, and accepting that God is GOOD and HE LOVES you, are the key to helping you BECOME!

The truth is the Word of God. Knowing the Word, Trusting the Word, and applying the Word practically to every part of your life will allow you to LIVE FREE.
